According to preliminary data, in 2024 export from Ukraine in monetary terms grew by at least 13,4%, in weight – by 28,8%. As of December 26, Ukraine exported 129,2 million tons of goods worth $41,043 billion. At the same time, according to the results of 2023, 100,3 million tons were exported for $36,1 billion.

Export indicators were also positively affected by the recovery and development of Ukrainian processing.

Bilberries are the leading export from Ukraine to the fresh market. The volume of berry supplies has increased, although the price has fallen slightly.

Many plantations in the country have already reached their industrial capacity, but the demand for this berry in the world is still increasing, so there is a place for Ukrainian bilberries on the international market.

Ukraine exports more than $400 million worth of products to Lebanon, although the potential is $1 billion. The supply of cattle, meat and dairy products is promising.

Lebanese entrepreneurs import tens of thousands of tons of cattle. Recently, they have also started importing sheep to Lebanon. These areas of livestock farming may be promising for Ukrainian farmers due to the shortage of meat.

From July 1 to December 25, 2024, Ukraine has exported 178,8 thousand tons of bran, which was 58% more than the volume of supplies of this product for the same period a year earlier (113,1 thousand tons).
