Ukraine exported food products worth $1.8 billion in January

Throughout January 2025, Ukraine imported goods worth $5.5 billion and exported goods worth $3.2 billion. The countries from which Ukraine imported the most goods were: China - $1.4 billion, Poland - $487 million, and Turkey - $389 million.

Ukraine exported the most to Poland - $352 million, Italy - $205 million, and Spain - $202 million. The top three categories of goods exported from Ukraine included:

  • food products - $1.8 billion;
  • metals and metal products - $325 million;
  • machinery, equipment, and transport - $282 million.

In January 2025, during the customs clearance of exported goods subject to export duties, 22.2 million UAH was paid to the budget.
