Due to Russian aggression, Ukraine lost the traditional ways of exporting its food products by seaway, which led to the need to update the conditions of import and transit of Ukrainian goods through the EU. As a result of negotiations with the European Commission and EU member states, these conditions have been updated. In particular, an agreement was reached on the transit of Ukrainian products by ferry through the Romanian checkpoint Isachea-Orlivka.

And it is impossible to replace it for anything physically, including supplies from the aggressor country of the russian federation or from any other country.
