By Decree No. 654/2022 on September 16, 2022, the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi has approved the Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union on freight transportation by road - the so-called "transport visa-free." It eliminates the need for Ukrainian carriers to obtain appropriate bilateral and transit transportation permits to the EU states and allows to avoid break of the export of Ukrainian products through road checkpoints.
