The Verkhovna Rada proposes to attract funds from partners for the development of export infrastructure

The Verkhovna Rada registered a new draft law No. 8025 on state support for agriculture and the export of agricultural products during martial law. According to the explanatory note published on the website of the parliament, draft law No. 8025 provides for:

- attraction of credits for the construction of export infrastructure (railway elevators, cars, transshipments, multimodal complexes, etc.) - up to 90% of the discount rate and up to 50% of the credit amount;

- insurance of such export objects and partial compensation to insurers in case of destruction of 40% or more; purchase of grain trucks, trailers and grain containers;

- granting the UN/FAO the right to be the organizer of "multimodal transportation" when exporting Ukrainian agricultural products.
