Ukraine has agreed with Kazakhstan to increase permits for international transportation in 2023 and to extend last year's unused permits until February.

Ukraine will receive 4 000 universal blanks, 4 000 blanks for transit transportation and 800 for transportation to/from third countries.

Besides, unused 2022 permits remain valid until February 1, 2023.
