Regarding the gradual cutback of the list of goods, while importing them there is a postponement of customs payments

On March 3, 2023, Resolution No. 166 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated February 24, 2023 "About the Amendments to the Appendix to Resolution No. 236 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 9, 2022 and Recognizing as Having Lost the Validity of Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 10 of September 2022 No. 1006 and of December 20, 2022 No. 1409", which provides for a gradual cutback of the list of goods, upon import of which, during the period of martial law, the customs authority may grant a postponement of the customs payments.

Thus, the customs authorities no longer grant postponement of the customs payments while importing:

• medicines,

• medical products,

• food products.

At the same time, until June 1, 2023, the right to receive a 180-day postponement remains with importers of military and defense goods, whose final recipient, according to the terms of the contract, is the Ministry of Defense or the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense.
