Since the beginning of the year, 63% of all Ukrainian export have been directed to EU countries

During January-October 2022, 63% of Ukrainian export were directed to EU countries, the vast majority of them to the central and eastern regions. Growth occurred through increased export to the countries of Central and Eastern Europe - Poland and Romania, Hungary, Slovakia, Bulgaria.

At the same time, export to the countries of Western Europe fell significantly, in particular, to Germany by 20%, the Netherlands by 26%, and Italy by 52%.

The export of Ukrainian products to Asian countries also suffered a significant reduction - 57% of the pre-war indicators. The largest trade partners of Ukraine in the region are Turkey and China (more than 54% of export supplies).

Besides, a significant reduction in export supplies to the CIS countries (except Moldova) was also recorded - up to 64%.

Export to American countries decreased by 67%. The key trade partner of Ukraine in the region remains the USA (71% of export supplies to the region).
