The export of Ukrainian agricultural products by highway increased in October

In the period from October 1 to October 23, 398 000 tons of agricultural products were exported from Ukraine by highway, which slightly exceeds the indicators in September and August - 392 000 tons and 372 000 tons  respectively.

The average daily rate of passing cars with agricultural products for export through customs checkpoints in October was: through the border with Poland 6 071 tons per day (~242 cars); with Romania 4252 tons per day (~170 cars); with Hungary 2 878 tons per day (~115 cars); with Slovakia 1343 tons (~54 cars); with Moldova 2795 tons (~111 cars).

The Porubne - Siret checkpoint with the customs clearance departments No. 1 and No. 2 of the Vadul-Siret customs checkpoint has the largest passage in October. In October, this checkpoint processed almost 72 000 tons of agricultural cargo for export by highway. Then there are the checkpoint "Chop-Zakhon" and the customs post "Tysa", through which about 66 thousand tons of agricultural exports were processed by highway.

Car freight rates in October increased in the direction of Italy (to 105-63 euros), while in the direction of Bulgaria and Germany they slightly reduced (to 80-140 euros and 89-135 euros, respectively).
