Despite the wars in Ukraine and Israel, trade between the two countries increased by 65% in 2024 compared to 2023, reaching nearly one billion dollars. Israeli exports to Ukraine
increased by 82% in 2024 to $534 million. Imports of goods from Ukraine increased by 49.2%, reaching $456 million.
The basis of Israeli exports to Ukraine consists of refined petroleum products, chemicals, and fertilizers.

The launch of this crossing point is an initiative of the Ministry for Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine, in collaboration with the Hungarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, supported by local authorities.
