Ukrainian wheat and flour meet EU standards

Ukrainian wheat and flour fully comply with the norms of the European Union. This is evidenced by the results of an independent study presented at the industry forum of the European flour milling sector.

The study covered more than 14,000 wheat samples and 200 samples of premium flour (T55) and confirmed the compliance of Ukrainian products with EU standards: average protein content – 12.4% (with an EU minimum of 11%), gluten – 27.4% (with a minimum of 23%), falling number – 354 s (with a minimum of 220 s).

In 2025, the number of violations for mycotoxins and pesticides decreased to zero.
