Third edition of the educational aid “Deepening the EU-Ukraine relations: revision and update during the COVID-19”

The Institute for economic research and political consultations (IER) together with the Center for European Political Studies (CEPS) have prepared the third edition of the educational aid “Deepening the EU-Ukraine relations: revision and update during the COVID-19”, edited by the Michael Emerson and Veronica Movchan.

This educational aid is aimed at explaining the content of the complex and large international agreement – Association agreement, which includes provisions of the Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Area (DCFTA) between Ukraine and the European Union (EU).

Like the majority of the complex legal texts, the text of the Agreement is difficult for understanding for the ordinary reader. That is why the purpose of the educational aid is to help everyone understand the main content of each article of the Association agreement both in terms of the nature of the obligations of the Parties and in the context of the prospects for their implementation.

The educational aid is intended for a wide range of readers, including civil servants, parliamentarians, business leaders, lawyers, business consultants, analytical organizations, and civil society organizations.
