Therefore, an open dialogue with business representatives improves the understanding of current industry issues, which allows you to better plan activities and conduct even more targeted lobbying for the needs of Ukrainian exporters. We are working to reduce barriers for our producers who are involved in foreign markets», - said Taras Vysotsky.

One of the important issues on the agenda was the diversification of Ukrainian agricultural markets in 2022. During the meeting, issues of simplification of barley export to the People’s Republic of China, expansion of quotas on starch and molasses products for export to EU countries, as well as participation of Ukrainian companies in the international exhibition of organic and natural foods «Middle East Organic & Natural Product Expo» were raised.

Andriy Remizov added that the world exhibition «Expo - 2020» is currently taking place in Dubai, in particular, the week, from 6 to 8 December 2021, was dedicated to the presentation of Ukraine’s potential in the field of production and export of organic products in the framework of «UA Organic Products».The participation of representatives of Ukrainian business in the organic sector in the framework of «Expo - 2020» will promote Ukrainian goods and services on world markets and provide an impetus to expand the presence of Ukrainian producers in the Middle East.

The participants expressed their opinions on possible ways to simplify cooperation with foreign buyers of Ukrainian products and the need of a systematic dialogue with business to better understand the needs of Ukrainian exporters.
