INDUSTRIAL PARK “ZOLOTONOSHA”

 

 

Location – Zolotonosha city, Cherkasy region, Ukraine.
Total area is 39,93 hectares with a possibility to expand up to 100 hectares.
The Park has its own Concept and it was registered in the List of industrial  parks of Ukraine.

SPECIALIZATION:

  • storage and deep processing of vegetables, fruit and other agricultural goods;
  • production, assembly, repair of agricultural equipment, producing of reserve parts for agricultural equipment;
  • light industry;
  • assembly of household electronics.

A large number of working-aged people (from 15 to 65) living  within a half an hour distance to the Park is about 270 thousand people, and 380 thousand people within one hour distance.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION:

  • land plot with industrial functions;
  • road with asphalt surface nearby;
  • railway on the boarder of the land plot;
  • gas connection point located 0,6 km from the land plot. It is planned to build an additional
  • gas line and two gas distribution stations with a capacity 1500 m3/hour;
  • 35 kW electricity line. It is planned to build 35/10 kW substation with a capacity of 8 mW and two power transporters 4mW each to provide electricity to the whole park;
  • water connection point (a tank with pure water) 200 meters from the land plot, although it is needed to drill two additional wells with constant  technical water supply;
  • 300 meters from the land plot there is industrial waste collector. It is planned to build an appropriate collector to it.

All the expenses on the mentioned above infrastructure of the Industrial park will be covered with the budget of Zolotonosha city as well as with regional and state budgets.
