The 9th meeting of the Subcommittee on Cooperation in Agriculture was held at the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of UkraineCommission on Cooperation between the Governments of Ukraine and the People's Republic of China.

The event was held in the format of an online conference after a five-year break in the work of the Subcommittee. The meeting was chaired by Deputy Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine Oksana Osmachko and Chief Veterinarian of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of the People's Republic of China Tao Huaying. The discussion was also attended by Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to Ukraine Ma Shenkun.

During the meeting, the parties considered issues of economic cooperation in the field of agriculture, scientific and technological exchange, access to markets for products of animal and plant origin, as well as prospects in the field of fisheries.
