Starting September 10 at 8:00 AM, drivers of licensed commercial transport vehicles must only fill in their details in the “eCherha” system to book a border crossing slot. Submitting a “18-60” application (also known as “Shlyakh”) is no longer required.

Previously, drivers liable for military service had to first book a slot in the “18-60” (Shlyakh) module for verification of their military status before registering in “eCherha.” Following the update, “eCherha” will serve as the sole platform for entering information for commercial transport drivers crossing the border.

Border crossing for commercial shipments will only be available to drivers registered in the carrier’s electronic cabinet within the Unified Information System Complex (EKIС) of Ukrtransbezpeka, which centralizes all data on licensed carriers. Thus, only drivers officially listed in the carrier’s cabinet can be registered in “eCherha” for border crossing.
