In 2024, Ukrainian producers gained access to foreign markets for 16 product groups across 9 countries worldwide.
Throughout the past year, global markets opened up for the following Ukrainian products:
- Poultry/feather/fish meal to the State of Israel
- Oils and fats for animal feeding to the State of Israel
- Honey to the People’s Republic of China
- Marine and river aquatic animals (fish, mollusks, crustaceans, echinoderms, including those raised on farms) and products derived from them to the State of Kuwait;
- Poultry meat and products derived from it to the Kingdom of Bahrain;
- Mechanically deboned poultry meat to Bosnia and Herzegovina;
- Egg products to Canada;
- Canned pet food to the Republic of Albania;
- Chewable items for pets to the Republic of Albania;
- Odd-toed ungulates (e.g., horses) registered for breeding and utility purposes to the Republic of Moldova;
- Poultry meat semi-finished products to the Republic of Moldova;
- Composite products to the Republic of Moldova;
- Meat products intended for human consumption to the Republic of Moldova;
- Veterinary health certificate for accompanying reptiles to the State of Israel;
- Meat products intended for human consumption to the Republic of Albania;
- Meat products to the Republic of North Macedonia.
Currently, the State service of Ukraine of food safety and consumer protection, together with the Ministry of foreign affairs is working with over 60 countries worldwide to enable Ukrainian producers to export their plant-based and animal-based products.
