Most of these services are used in the USA. In August of this year, the volume of IT export amounted to 56 million US dollars, that is, by 1,3% (or 7 million US dollars in monetary terms) more than in July.

But compared to August of the previous year, it fell by 8,9% (55 million US dollars). For eight months of the current year (January-August), the total export revenue of IT services is 4,5 billion US dollars. This is 8,2% less than in the same period in 2022, which is 403 million US dollars in dollar equivalent. The share of computer services in the total export structure of all services of Ukraine in August was 40,5%, which is 8% less than last year - 48,6%. The total export of all services of Ukraine in August increased by 1,1% and amounted to almost 1,4 billion US dollars, which is 15 million US dollars  more than in July.

The USA provides the most foreign currency receipts in terms of computer services to Ukraine. In the first eight months - 1,8 billion US dollars. This is 39,3% of all IT export. Only in August, the USA ensured 217,9 million US dollars.

The second place is Malta - 8,9% and  399 million US dollars. Great Britain is in the third place with 374,7 million US dollars, which is 8,3%. The top five also includes Cyprus and Israel, which account for 5% (225,2 million US dollars) and 4,4% (197,5 million US dollars) of IT services export, respectively. In August, Cyprus ensured 30,3 million US dollars, Israel 24,4 million US dollars.

Switzerland, Germany, Estonia, Poland, and the Netherlands are also in the top ten. In total, these 10 countries account for 80,4% of export revenue for IT services in 2023.
