Ukraine reduced frozen fish imports by 21.3% in the first four months of 2025

From January to April 2025, Ukraine imported 67,000 tons of frozen fish (excluding fish fillets), a 21.3% decrease compared to the same period last year.

In monetary terms, frozen fish imports dropped by 12.3% compared to January-April 2024, amounting to $137.1 million.

The largest suppliers of frozen fish in the first four months of 2025 were Norway (17.1%), Iceland (16.8%), and the USA (12.1%).
