The first batch of American LNG in 2026 has already arrived in Ukraine.

The delivery was organized in partnership with the Polish state-owned company ORLEN. Nearly 100 million cubic meters were delivered to the terminal in Świnoujście, Poland, at the end of January and have already entered Ukraine’s gas transmission system.

This volume is sufficient for one month of winter consumption for approximately 700,000 households.

In total, Ukraine plans to import up to 1 billion cubic meters of LNG from the United States in 2026.

The next batches of American gas have already been contracted and will be delivered to Ukraine in February–March.
