As of August 1, 2025, the opportunity to export dry milk from Ukraine to the EU within the quota has ended.
According to the European Commission, as of July 30, the quota (including volumes expending allocation) was filled by over 91%, with only about 0.28 thousand tonnes remaining from the total quota of 2.92 thousand tonnes.
Meanwhile, the volumes of dry milk awaiting customs clearance at the EU border exceed the remaining quota.
The quota for importing butter and dairy fats to the EU will last slightly longer, currently filled by more than two-thirds.
If butter export volumes to the EU remain at the same level in the coming weeks, the quota could be fully utilized by the start of the third week of August.
