Until June 30, 2025, Ukrainian and Norwegian carriers will be able to perform bilateral and transit transportation between our countries without additional permits. Such an agreement not only simplifies the conditions for business, but also contributes to the development of the economies of both states.

Visa-free will be valid for trucks of the Euro-5 standard and more.

It is important that drivers are required to carry a certificate confirming the environmental class on board of the trucks. There must also be an extract of the license for transportation on board.
