Ukraine and Moldova have concluded protocols on the organization of joint control. The signing ceremony took place at the Palanka-Mayaki-Udobne checkpoint.

According to Denys Shmyhal’s words, "this will not only activate the trade and economic cooperation between Ukraine and Moldova, but also increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the border's capacity using the best European practices."
