In 2026, simplified conditions for freight transportation to 40 countries have been introduced for Ukrainian carriers, of which 35 are under the “transport visa-free” regime.

In particular, without the need to obtain bilateral or transit permits, Ukrainian carriers can perform freight transportation to the EU (27 countries), Norway, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Moldova, Georgia, Turkey, Montenegro, and North Macedonia.

In addition, Ukraine has agreed permit quotas with a number of countries, in particular with Azerbaijan, Armenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Serbia and others.
