The draft law is aimed at ensuring the return of foreign exchange earnings and regulation of Ukraine's balance of payments during the export of certain agricultural goods by introducing an export guarantee regime.

At the same time, the document gives legal agricultural business the right to export without any additional regulation within certain limit. On a monthly basis, you can export twice the amount of the average monthly return of foreign exchange earnings to the country, calculated for the previous six months. Such export can be carried out according to the current procedure, without any additional regulation.
