The State Customs Service of Ukraine has launched the HelpDesk for business

The State Customs Service has launched  the HelpDesk for business.

The beta version is already available at https://help.customs.gov.ua. The system was developed and implemented with the support of the EU Public Financial Management Program (EU4PFM). The first sphere to support the new HelpDesk will be NCTS.

It is planned that the HelpDesk will support all new processes of the State Customs Service, including all new services. The first direction is NCTS - a system implemented by Ukraine to join the European Convention on a Common Transit Procedure.

As you know, in March 2021 NCTS was launched in Ukraine on a national level.

Now to log in to the HelpDesk you need to follow the link.

In ,,Personal Profile”, after authorization, you can ask a question which you are interested in. The implemented IT solution allows business to communicate with representatives of the State Customs Service directly in the appeal.

Besides this, it is possible to track the history of all appeals one has addressed to: for the State Customs Service - the history of all appeals from all persons who have addressed to and by individual bidders; for business - the history of their own appeals.
