Starting from April 13 the conditions of bilateral trade with the CIS countries will be changed

Starting from April 13, 2021 the new rules of export and import between Ukraine and the CIS countries are valid. It is connected with the fact that the Agreement on cooperation in the field of veterinary medicine, signed in 1993 within the CIS countries, is not valid.  This is due to the expiration of the Agreement on Cooperation in Veterinary Medicine, signed in 1993. Trade of goods will be carried out within the current legislation of Ukraine and taking into account the requirements of destination countries, as well as international requirements and rules.

Aiming at discussion of  the conditions of mutual cooperation and coordination of bilateral forms of veterinary certificates, the State Food and Consumer Service held talks and consultations with representatives of Azerbaijan, Belarus, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan during 2020-2021 years.

Bilateral forms of veterinary certificates for export from Ukraine to Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan have been agreed, which can be found on the official portal of the State Food and Consumer Services in the section ,,International Cooperation” at the link.  (посиланням)

For today the State Food and Consumer Service is working on the approval of forms of certificates for export to Armenia, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, which, after approval of the relevant documents, will be published.
