Now at the level of the General Directorate for Taxation and Customs Union, a decision has been made to extend the transition period for the countries participating in the Convention on the Common Transit Procedure for the introduction of NCTS Phase 5. The date of the final transition of all countries to the application of NCTS Phase 5 has been postponed until January 2025.

Considering the abovementioned, as well as to enable companies to better prepare for the use of the new software, the start of the application of NCTS Phase 5 Ukraine has been postponed to December 1, 2023.
