As it was mentioned, the Parliamentary Assembly  of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (PABSEC) was established on February 26, 1993. It includes 12 countries: Albania, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Armenia, Greece, Georgia, Moldova, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Turkey and Ukraine.
