Representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine named the top-10 most desirable countries for Ukrainian exporters

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine (hereinafter – the MFA) asked the members of the Council of Exporters and Investors at the MFA and defined the top-10 countries, which are the most desirable for Ukrainian exporters. The UNN received this information from the press-service of the MFA of Ukraine.

The Head of the MFA, Dmytro Kulena said that the Ministry had restarted the Council of Exporters and Investors in order to create more opportunities for Ukrainian companies, such as: to discover new markets, to enlarge sales of Ukrainian products abroad and just to let people earn money, create work places for other people and fill the budget by paying taxes.

He added that only the exporters know their real needs and priorities. Because of this, the MFA asked that members of the Council of Exporters and Investors in order to make the list of top-10 the most desirable sales markets.

The MFA reports that the top-10 list includes: Brazil, the UAE, Ethiopia, India, China, Kazakhstan, Chile, Qatar, Uzbekistan and Canada.

Diplomats emphasize that in these and other export-attractive countries, the economic departments of foreign diplomatic missions will work as trade and investment development teams.

The MFA will also create additional trade opportunities with Germany, Turkey, Israel, Belarus and Moldova.

Taking about other priority regions for Ukrainian exporters, the MFA will work on creation of the favorable trade conditions in the Middle East, the Asia-Pacific region, Africa, the region of North and South America.

Let us also remember that, according to Dmytro Kuleba, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, the MFA is not going to be a service center for particular companies or group of companies but the service center for everyone, who makes the Ukrainian economy stronger.
