Regarding procurement proposals by UN bodies

According to the Permanent Mission of Ukraine to the UN, each organization of the UN system (UN Secretariat, WFP, UNICEF, UNESCO, UNDP, etc.) has its own practice and procurement portfolio, as well as a separate section on its website dedicated to the procurement. At the same time, UN agencies also use the United Nations Global Marketplace, which is the only integrated electronic platform for publishing announcements by 39 UN agencies to hold tenders around the world.

This site functions as a «single window»  through which potential suppliers can, by filling out only one registration form, register at all UN organizations that use information from this site to form their database of suppliers.

The above-mentioned registration is free of charge (in 2020 1217 Ukrainian companies for the supply of goods and services have already been registered on the UN Global Market). The site has a Tender Notification Service, which after the mentioned registration allows to receive information on tender announcements.

Procurement data in the UN system is systematized and available for review through annual reports and interactive information panels at www.ungm.org .

Information and reference materials on the UN procurement system can be found on the website of the Permanent Mission of Ukraine to the UN at the link.
