Regarding the export restrictions of the Republic of Belarus

The Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Belarus informed that on March 22, 2022 the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 11, 2022 № 125

came into force, which temporarily prohibits the export of 22 items of food products: wheat, rye, barley, oats, corn, millet, triticale, other cereals; crushed grains of wheat, rye and other cereals; processed grains of wheat, rye and other cereals; rapeseed or colza seeds, sunflower; beet pulp, soybean meal, cake, sunflower seed meal, meal, rapeseed or colza meal; food products that are used for animal feeding.

This restriction is six months valid. The restriction does not apply to goods that: are exported outside the Republic of Belarus to provide international humanitarian assistance to foreign countries on the basis of decisions of the Government of the Republic of Belarus, as well as supplies; move within the framework of international transit traffic beginning and ending outside the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU); placed under customs procedures in a member state of the EAEU, other than Belarus, which are in transit through the territory of Belarus.
