Poland increases a preferential credit to €160 million for investment projects in Ukraine

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted an order on amendments to the Agreement between the governments of Ukraine and Poland on increasing the amount of concessional loans for the implementation of investment projects.

According to the government order, the amount of the loan was increased by 60 million euros - up  to 160 million euros. The deadline for concluding contracts has been extended from December 31, 2022 up to December 31, 2024. The provision regarding the requirement to receive at least 60% of expenses of Polish origin for the purchase of technical means of customs control has been abolished. It is possible to make changes to the contracts concluded in 2017-2018 as for increasing their price without limiting the size of the increase.
