Over 2.6 million border crossings recorded during three years of “e-Cherga” operation

During the three years of the e-Cherga system’s operation, Ukrainian and foreign carriers have made more than 2.6 million border crossings. Of these, over 2.3 million crossings were by trucks, and 329 thousand were by buses.

In total, the System has recorded more than 107 thousand unique trucks that crossed the border at least once via reservation. During the same period, the e-Cherga app was downloaded more than 103 thousand times.

The TOP-5 checkpoints with the highest number of truck crossings are: Yahodyn – Dorohusk (Poland) – 524,589; Krakovets – Korczowa (Poland) – 281,600; Porubne – Siret (Romania) – 233,477; Chop – Zahony (Hungary) – 205,371; Shehyni – Medyka (Poland) – 172,446.

At the same time, nearly 90% of border crossings were performed by trucks registered in Ukraine. The remaining 10% were foreign vehicles. Among them, the most frequent users of e-Cherga reservations are trucks from Poland, Moldova, Turkey, Romania, Slovakia, Hungary, Lithuania, the Czech Republic, and Latvia.
