In July 2025, Ukrainian customs achieved a new record for the “customs visa-free regime”. The number of goods movements under the joint transit procedure (NCTS) as the customs office of departure reached 8,346 movements (T1 declarations initiated by Ukrainian customs authorities). This is the highest monthly figure since Ukraine began using NCTS on October 1, 2022.

This achievement highlights the efficiency of Ukrainian customs, the digitalization of processes, close cooperation with businesses, growing trust, and consistent integration into the European customs community.

Since the international implementation of the NCTS joint transit procedure in Ukraine, a total of 208,000 declarations have been recorded: 157,000 as the customs office of departure (T1) and 51,000 as the customs office of destination (T2).
