As Ukrinform reported, an agreement was signed in Istanbul on July 22 as a result of a four-way meeting between Ukraine, Turkey, the United Nations and Russia, according to which grain and other foodstuffs will be exported from Ukrainian ports.

Two mirror agreements in tripartite format were signed. The Minister of Infrastructure Oleksandr Kubrakov signed from Ukraine, Secretary General Antonio Guterres from the UN, and Defense Minister Hulusi Akar from Turkey.

The day after the signing of the agreement, the Russian invaders attacked the Odesa sea trading port with Kalibr cruise missiles. Two missiles were shot down by anti-aircraft defense forces, two more hit the port's infrastructure facilities.

Kubrakov said that despite the shelling of the Odesa port, Ukraine is preparing to start exporting grain.
