The majority of Ukrainian agricultural products will be exported to Türkiye at a zero customs rate

In the future, Ukraine will export the vast majority of agricultural products to Türkiye at a zero customs rate, because this product is transported for sale to third countries before or after processing.

That is, there are 2 customs regimes for import in Türkiye. One applies to products used for domestic consumption. It was for such products that the Turkish government announced a temporary zero duty rate. This preferential regime has now expired. And the customs rate of 130% is returned. However, it applies exclusively to the following crops: wheat, barley, corn, rye, oats and sorghum.

A different customs regime applies to products that are sold to third countries before or after processing. No duty is payable for this regime.
