IT export volume decreased by 3.5% in June

In June 2025, the volume of IT exports decreased by 3.5% and amounted to $526 millionThis brought $19 million less to the Ukrainian economy than in May. At the same time, these figures are 2.7% or $14 million more compared to June 2024.

The total export revenue of IT services in the first half of this year amounted to $3.2 billion. This is 0.1% more than in the same period in 2024, which in dollar equivalent is $3 million. The share of computer services in the export structure of all services of Ukraine in the first 6 months of this year amounted to 42.1%.

The top ten countries that brought the most revenue to Ukraine traditionally included the USA, Great Britain, Malta, Cyprus, Israel, Switzerland, Germany, Estonia, Poland, and the UAE. In total, these 10 countries provided $2.57 billion, or 80.1% of export revenue for IT services in the first half of 2025.

5 countries with the largest increase in IT services exports compared to the same period in 2024: Finland + 49.8% ($4.4 million); Latvia + 44.3% ($2.1 million); Luxembourg + 35.4% ($1.9 million); Hong Kong + 33.0% ($6.7 million); Cyprus + 31.1% ($54.9 million).

5 countries to which the volume of IT services exports decreased the most compared to the same period in 2024: Austria – 44.0% ($10 million); Georgia – 29.9% ($1.5 million); Sweden – 18.9% ($6.5 million); Australia – 18.2% ($1.7 million); Kazakhstan – 18.1% ($1.3 million).

Ukraine’s total exports of all services in the first half of 2025 amounted to $7.62 billion, which is 10.9% less than in the same period in 2024.
