In November, UAH 61.9 billion in customs payments was transferred to the state budget. At the same time, during customs clearance of imported goods, exemptions from customs payments totaling UAH 32.1 billion were granted, accounting for 51.9% of total revenues.

By type of preference, the largest shares were as follows:

• exemptions granted for the import of defense-related goods – 50.5% (UAH 16.2 billion);
• exemptions on excisable goods (tobacco) for the domestic production of tobacco products – 15.9% (UAH 5.1 billion);
• exemption from import duties within the framework of implementing “free trade” agreements – 11.5% (UAH 3.7 billion);
• exemptions for the import of electric vehicles – 9.4% (UAH 3.0 billion);
• exemptions for goods used to restore and repair energy infrastructure – 6.3% (UAH 2.0 billion);
• other exemptions provided for under current legislation – 6.3% (UAH 2.0 billion).
