From January to March 2025, Ukraine imported 1,100 tons of live poultry: chickens, ducks, geese, turkeys, and guinea fowl – 7.9% more than in the same period last year.

In monetary terms, imports for the first quarter reached $20.3 million, a 6.8% increase compared to the same period in 2024. The largest suppliers of live poultry to Ukraine in January–March this year were Poland (33.5%), Germany (26.3%), and Hungary (19.2%).
