A Eurorail route is being tested between Ukraine and Poland

Since April 5, Ukrainian and Polish railway workers have been making a test trip along the route Lublin - Rava-Ruska on the 1435 mm Eurogauge. The launch of the connection between Warsaw, Lublin, Rava-Ruska and Lviv will satisfy the huge demand of Ukrainians for convenient logistics by train to and from the Polish capital, as well as relieve traffic checkpoints.

The renewed railway checkpoint in Rava-Ruska did not serve passengers for more than 20 years. Ukrzaliznytsia restored an 8,4 km long section of Eurorail and repaired the railway station in Rava-Ruska. After the test trip, the Polish side will need several months to deploy full-fledged customs and border control and complete formalities, after which the date of the start of regular service will be announced.
