EU expects reduction in agricultural imports from Ukraine from June

The European Commissioner for Agriculture said that the EU expects a reduction in imports of agricultural products from Ukraine after reviewing the terms of trade. Brussels is seeking to “find a new deal” for trade with Ukraine before the current measures for its partial liberalization expire in June. EU countries do not support the continuation of the current terms of trade with Ukraine because they have “caused problems, especially in some member states.”
