The EU and Great Britain expressed their intention to extend the preferential trade regime for the Ukrainian agricultural sector

The European Commission proposed to extend the suspension of import duties, quotas and trade protection measures on Ukrainian export to the European Union for one more year. Now the European Parliament and the Council of the EU have to consider this proposal.

It is about the effect of import duties, quotas and trade protection measures on the supply of Ukrainian goods to the territory of the EU.

Besides, the Government of Great Britain also officially announced its intention to continue duty-free trade with Ukraine until the beginning of 2024.
