ECA supported Ukraine’s non-commodity exports by almost 9.5 billion UAH in 9 months

Over the first 9 months of 2025, the Export-Credit Agency of Ukraine (ECA) provided insurance support for Ukrainian non-commodity exports worth 9.49 billion UAH. This is more than 66.5% higher than in the same period last year (5.7 billion UAH).

From January to September 2025, ECA insured credit agreements for a total of more than 1.18 billion UAH.

Key destination markets were: Poland – over 2.6 billion UAH, Austria – 1.07 billion UAH, Lithuania – 600 million UAH, the Netherlands – 511 million UAH, the Czech Republic – 492 million UAH. Significant volumes also went to Germany, Estonia, and Switzerland.

By product type, the largest supported export categories were:

  • Food products (mixtures of vegetable and dairy fats) – 2.19 billion UAH;
  • Timber and wood products – 1.78 billion UAH;
  • Furniture and interior items – 1.47 billion UAH;
  • Processed vegetables and fruits – 952 million UAH;
  • Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages – 866 million UAH.
