The Cabinet of Ministers has simplified the implementation of investment projects that start from 20 million euros

The Cabinet of Ministers simplified the development and implementation of investment projects with significant investments within the framework of the "invest-nannies" program. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Economy. "The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine supported the resolution on reducing regulatory and legal pressure on applicants who have been making investment projects with significant investments, as well as on investors," - the message states.

It is said about projects with a financing from 20 million euros and a duration of implementation of up to 5 years, which are implemented with the support of so-called "invest-nannies" and cover the spheres of the processing industry, extraction of minerals for further enrichment, waste management, transport, logistics, education,  health care, etc. The document provides for: simplification of the preparation of the feasibility of the investment project. The approach to legal, social, and organizational aspects of project implementation is changing. This will reduce the burden on initiators and speed up the receipt of funding. Initiation of investment projects through joint investment institutes is also envisaged.

Joint investment institutes can now be applicants preparing such investment projects. This form of financing involves the redistribution of investors' investments by specialized funds. This format is attractive for entrepreneurs because it allows them to profitably direct their financial flows. And also speed up consideration of projects financed by international financial organizations. If  the loan agreement has already been signed, the investment project evaluation period is 45 days.

As reported, the "invest-nannies" mechanism is very important for the recovery of Ukraine. Investors can finance infrastructure projects such as the construction of factories, terminals, new educational facilities, recreational areas, etc. on favorable terms.
