Subject of the competition: selection of a management company for the “Smila” industrial park (hereinafter referred to as IP “Smila”). IP “Smila” was established on 3 communal land plots with a total area of 61.3229 hectares:

7110500000:06:003:0133 with an area of 15.2904 hectares;

7110500000:06:003:0170 with an area of 16.0325 hectares;

7110500000:06:003:0109 with an area of 30.0000 hectares.

Intended purpose 11.02 for the placement and operation of main, auxiliary, and supporting buildings and structures of enterprises in the processing, machine-building, and other industries. Ownership of the land plots - communal (Smila City Council of Cherkasy District, Cherkasy Region). Type of land plot: “Greenfield” (a land plot free of construction and without real estate objects).

Deadline for submitting applications to participate in the Competition: by 5:00 p.m. on March 18, 2025.

Registration fee for participation in the Competition: 10,000 UAH (ten thousand hryvnias).

The registration fee is to be paid via a non-cash transfer to the specified account.
