The Council of the EU, the European Commission and the European Parliament supported the continuation of free trade agreement with Ukraine until June 2025. The decision envisages a protective mechanism within which quotas and duties can be introduced for particularly sensitive agricultural products: poultry meat, eggs, sugar, oats, corn, cereals and honey.
