The State of Kuwait has opened a market for Ukrainian poultry meat and poultry products. The relevant form of the international certificate and the list of mandatory documents that must accompany the cargo when exporting poultry meat and poultry meat products to the State of Kuwait are published at the official website of the State Production and Consumer Service.

Now at the level of the General Directorate for Taxation and Customs Union, a decision has been made to extend the transition period for the countries participating in the Convention on the Common Transit Procedure for the introduction of NCTS Phase 5. The date of the final transition of all countries to the application of NCTS Phase 5 has been postponed until January 2025.

Ukraine is imposing tighter controls on traders to raise revenue to finance its wartime defense. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine will require grain and oilseed exporters to obtain licenses or provide tax accounting for the time before the invasion, the government said. If the situation changes, the mechanism may be supplemented.

In September this year, Ukraine has exported cattle and beef in the amount of 9,02 million US dollars, which almost corresponds to the level of August. Thus, during the reporting period, the export of cattle by live weight amounted to about 1,13 thousand tons (-6% compared to August) in the amount of 1,65 million US dollars (-39%).
