Export volumes in October ($21,2 million) increased by 2,4% compared to September, but were 8% lower than in August ($23,0 million).

The Cabinet of Ministers refused to continue tax benefits for electric cars import, even though the Verkhovna Rada had previously supported the corresponding amendment to the state budget for 2026.

Currently, the import sale of electric cars is exempt from VAT until January 2026. However, after the budget is approved in its updated version, these benefits will be cancelled.

In October 2025, bitumen imports to Ukraine fell by 23% to 22 thousand tons.

This decline has been happening for the third month in a row because road-repair activity usually slows down during the colder season.

Last month, companies imported bitumen from Poland, Lithuania and Romania, with Polish suppliers covering 60% of the total volume.
