In October 2025, bitumen imports to Ukraine fell by 23% to 22 thousand tons.
This decline has been happening for the third month in a row because road-repair activity usually slows down during the colder season.
Last month, companies imported bitumen from Poland, Lithuania and Romania, with Polish suppliers covering 60% of the total volume.
More than half of all deliveries – 11,8 thousand tons – came from Poland’s ORLEN. Unimot was the second-largest supplier, shipping 1,44 thousand tons.
Overall, imports from Polish companies in October decreased by 12% and amounted to 13,4 thousand tons.
Deliveries from ORLEN Lietuva last month reached 5 thousand tons, which is 43% less than in September.
